ATEX Anti static PTFE Components

For these specialised applications, we offer components made from ATEX Anti-static PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) and static dissipative HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), specifically Prolen 6000 EL.

ATEX Anti-static PTFE is designed to prevent the buildup of static electricity, making it ideal for use in environments where static discharge poses a risk, such as in dry and dusty areas. By incorporating anti-static properties into the material, we ensure the safety and reliability of our components in such environments.

Static dissipative HDPE, specifically Prolen 6000 EL, is engineered to effectively dissipate static electricity, minimising the risk of electrostatic discharge while maintaining the durability and mechanical properties of traditional HDPE. This makes it suitable for applications where static control is essential, such as in conveyor systems and sliding elements used in general mechanical engineering.
